It was overall clean, staff was amicable. I have just spent 1 day in king room and truly enjoyed it.

The staff was very helpful, and my single room was amazing with a work desk, flat-screen TV, and a sitting area.

Our room was outstanding, spotless with central heating, a work desk and a TV, had an excellent experience. Location: the hotel was next to the bus station, a cafe loads of English TV channels and the centre. Also, it took us 15 minutes to get to Aldeia de Casal Sao Simao, which was a bonus: D

One aspect we didn't particularly enjoy was the hotel's location on the edge of town, away from the center. It took us a bit of time to find the hotel due to confusing directions, but in reality, it should have been easy to locate.
